💼 Florium Token – Legal Disclaimer and Liability Waiver

1. Donations and Support-Oriented Projects

Florium Token is a digital asset developed to support donation-based and socially beneficial projects. However, this structure does not constitute investment advice, financial guarantees, or any legal commitment. The system enables users to interact transparently with the projects they support; however, all results and outcomes remain the sole responsibility of the user.

2. Listing Policy

Non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and charitable projects listed within the Florium ecosystem are evaluated based on specific criteria before being included on the platform. These listings should not be interpreted as official endorsements, approvals, or guarantees of success by Florium. Each user is individually responsible for evaluating and deciding whether to support any listed organization or campaign.

3. User Registration, Identity Information & Donation Receipt Process

The Florium platform does not maintain any user registration or account system. Users can donate completely anonymously. However, if a donor wishes to request an official donation receipt from the organization they supported, this is only possible after deducting the platform’s commission from the donated amount.
To request a receipt, users must email their identity information, the wallet address used for the donation, and the transaction hash (TXID) to contact@florium.org. This information is shared only with the relevant organization and solely for the purpose of issuing the donation receipt. Under no circumstances will it be shared with third parties.
Once the receipt has been issued, all related incoming and outgoing emails are permanently deleted from the system. This process is carried out in full compliance with our principles of user privacy and data security.
Note: Receipts can only be issued by institutions or organizations legally authorized to provide official donation receipts. Not every project within the Florium ecosystem may hold this authority. Users may only request receipts from entities that possess the legal capacity to issue them.

4. Investment Risks and User Responsibility

Florium Token is not intended as an investment instrument but rather as a digital support model focused on social impact. Users should conduct thorough research before making any transaction, assess potential risks, and seek professional advice when necessary.

5. Technical Issues and Security Vulnerabilities

Although the Florium infrastructure is carefully developed and tested, no guarantee is provided against potential technical issues, security vulnerabilities, or transaction delays. The platform utilizes up-to-date technologies to enhance user security, but accepts no liability for any losses or damages.

Smart contracts used in the Florium platform are audited and operate via publicly accessible open-source code. However, due to the nature of blockchain technology, transactions are irreversible. In cases of user error-such as sending tokens to the wrong address-the platform cannot intervene or issue refunds.

6. Legal and Regulatory Compliance

Using Florium Token does not automatically imply compliance with the specific legal or regulatory frameworks of any country. Each user is solely responsible for acting in accordance with the laws and regulations of their own jurisdiction.

7. Tax Responsibilities and Florium Token Transfers

In certain countries, donation-related transactions may trigger tax benefits or reporting obligations. Users are responsible for understanding and complying with their local tax laws. Florium does not provide any form of tax consultation.

It is important to note that purchasing Florium Tokens does not constitute a donation. Tokens must be explicitly sent to a verified donation address to be considered a donation. Holding or trading Florium Tokens alone does not qualify as philanthropic support. Users are advised to understand the separation between token acquisition and the donation process.

🔚 Conclusion

Florium Token is a platform built on the principles of transparency, traceability, and social impact. However, Florium bears no responsibility for damages, financial losses, or legal disputes that may arise from transactions conducted on the platform.

Florium acts solely as a technical infrastructure provider. The relationship between supported campaigns and users is direct, and Florium is not an intermediary.

Our goal is to help users make informed decisions and safely support projects that generate real social value.
